DIY ARCHERY has been producing high quality English longbows and Warbows since 2005, during that time our bows have gained a reputation for their performance and build quality, We specialise in the heavier draw weight bows and have produced probably more 100lb + bows than anyone else. Our customers include World record holding bowman Mark Stretton who has a number of Italian yew warbows ranging from 150lb - 170lb, The current BLBS standard Arrow record holder Joseph Gibbs who shot the standard arrow 315yds with one of our Oregon Self Yew warbows. Most of the heavy bowman in the UK and parts of europe shoot bows that have been produced or supplied by us.

Our in house bowyer Steve Stratton was accepted by the Craft Guild of Bowyers and Fletchers as a "Master Bowyer" in September 2008, We also have Top String maker and apprentice bowyer Richard Tonge. our arrow making department is mainly run by Richard. Richard also takes care of all the re-enactment longbows.
